Conditioning has begun. Short distance and Jumps will be meeting Monday, Wednesday, Thursdays. Long distance will be meeting Monday and Wednesdays. Throwers please check in with Coach Radford for the weekly update. Athletes must complete the Registration and the RankOne to be able to participate.
