Perspective 2021 Cross-Country athletes and parents,
We are now in our pre-season training phase. If you missed our informational meeting and would like to join our summer training and tryout for the team in August, please complete the 3 steps below.
All perspective athletes need to register in 3 places.
1) The Google Form registration here on the website (above). This takes 1 minute and should be done ASAP.
2) DragonFly Max registration is required by the district before participating in any summer or fall workouts. See instructions below on this website. All new AND returning athletes have to do this for the 2021 cross-country season.
3) Strava account keeps track of your training mileage and pacing so we can create workouts that best fit your needs. First, download the free Strava app and register. Then, join our group: Chattahoochee HS XC.

Coach Reeder and Coach Morris
Step 1: Visit www.dragonflymax.com and scroll down to click on “Do My Forms” (Red Button). Click on “Create Your Account and Complete Forms” (Red Button).
Step 2: Click “Sign Up for Free” (Blue Button). Create your Parent Account (not an account for your child). Verify your account and enter the Verification Code sent to your text message or email and agree to the Terms of Service. (Be sure to check your junk folder for this code, too.)
Step 3: Select “Parent” from the menu and enter the School Code when requested: 4UBZPQ (Do not copy/paste the code. It will only recognize the code if it’s typed in, not copied.)
Step 4: Click on “Add Child” after creating your account as the parent. Follow the prompts.
Step 5: Click “Submit Paperwork” to complete all of your child’s required medical, demographic, and insurance information. After completing each form, it will turn green and say Done. You should complete 7 of the 8 forms. THE ONLY FORM YOU WILL NOT COMPLETE ONLINE IS THE PHYSICAL EXAMINATION FORM. This needs to be completed by a physician and ALL 4 PAGES Uploaded.
Step 6: If you have more than one child, click the back arrow at the top of the page by your child’s profile, then click Add Child and repeat step 5.
Here is a bio about our speaker Kendra Houghton:
Kendra Houghton received her Bachelor of Science in Education, Health & Physical Education, and her Masters of Education, Health Promotion & Behavior from the University of Georgia. She is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES). She has 12 years of experience in work site health promotion, through which she has served as a corporate health coach for organizations all over the state of Georgia, run her own program development and coaching/training business, and for the last eight years served as Wellness Coordinator for the Unified Government of Athens-Clarke County and it's 2000+ population of employees and retirees. In addition to her work site wellness career, Kendra is a certified spin instructor, personal trains and health coaches throughout the Athens community.
Athletes: If you are going to be absent from any part of a practice or meet for any reason, you need to fill out and submit the electronic form HERE. Submit it 48 hours+ prior for absences from practice and 5 days prior for absences from meets. Filling out this form does not necessarily mean your absence will be considered approved or excused by the coaching staff.
